First teaching course at U of T

I found out which course I will be working as a teaching assistant for during my first year at U of T: POL208Y1Y with Professor Lilach Gilady. It’s an introductory international relations course, so chances are I have already covered most of the syllabus at UBC and Oxford.

In fact, the textbook – Baylis and Smith’s The Globalization of World Politics – has been on my bookshelf for several years already.

Author: Milan

In the spring of 2005, I graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in International Relations and a general focus in the area of environmental politics. In the fall of 2005, I began reading for an M.Phil in IR at Wadham College, Oxford. Outside school, I am very interested in photography, writing, and the outdoors. I am writing this blog to keep in touch with friends and family around the world, provide a more personal view of graduate student life in Oxford, and pass on some lessons I've learned here.

  1. I have now made my first active entry in the world of Craigslist as a result of this blog entry . I have arranged to buy the textbook for this course from someon on Craigslist. Not painful so far. Exchange is to take place on Wednesday.

  2. Can you provide the course syllabus and the reading schedule for the textbook “Globalization of World Politics” by Baylis and Smith.
