While the Esteemed Afternoon Tea Society seems to have passed into the history of the University of British Columbia, my favourite radical faction seems to be back in action.
Having talked with several of its members, including Scary Mike, the RBF considers itself the natural heirs to the ATS legacy. Apparently we’re all to be made honourary members. Perhaps the banning of slates is the best thing ever to happen to RBF.
RBF VP politburo “Scary” Mike Kushnir recently had a nice little interview on the CBC radio drive-home show On the Coast explaining the Faction and the its activities at UBC. Have a listen.
